Vodafone mobile customers hit by outage

Australians relying on Vodafone for their mobile phone coverage have been hit by an outage, with thousands of customers complaining of being unable to send texts or make calls. The telco confirmed to 9news that some of its customers were impacted by "brief" outages today. "We are aware a technical issue is currently causing brief disruptions to some mobile customers," a Vodafone spokesperson said.
